The greatest show on Earth!!

I am very behind in my blogging lately as there just doesn't seem to be enough hours in the day! But in the beginning of January my sweet friend Meredith gave us tickets to the circus!!! So Ryan, Jackson and I headed to the greatest show on earth, while little Miss Addison stayed home with Otie and I am sure had fun with her too!!! It was such a fun time with our little guy! Jackson was in awe of all the animals and the tricks!! He said at one point he wanted to be a circus director! Ha! The kid is hilarious and probably would be a fabulous one!!!!! Jackson had tons of cotton candy and popcorn and just had a blast! And of course Jackson loved seeing his buddies Ellie and Mackenzie too!! Enjoy the pictures!!! Happy New Year 2014!!

New Years Eve was a family fun filled evening!!! Jackson rang in the New Years with his favorite New Years tradition doing sparklers outside and after we put Addison to bed Ryan, Jackson and I had an absolute blast playing Just Dance 2014 on the Wii!!! I don't want to brag but I was the dance champion!!! We all laughed and danced and had a ball!! Then Jackson went to bed and Ryan and watched the ball drop and toasted to the New Year!!! A quiet New Years Eve but a perfect night with our family!!!! Then New Years morning I made 2014 pancakes!!! Jackson doesn't forget a thing he woke up and said mom remember to make our new year pancakes!! I guess it has become a cute and delicious family tradition!!! We went to a New Years Day party at a friends and watched lots of football while the kids had a blast!!! Then we discussed our resolutions Jackson's was to have fun of course and we all ate our Black Eyed Peas for good luck!!! Addison loved them and ate a whole bowl!!

2013 was a special year for our family as we welcomed Addison into the world and one I was sad to see go as it was a very memorable year filled with lots of great moments, lots of love and our new life as a family of four!!!! But we are excited to see what 2014 has in store for us!!!!! Happy New Year and Blessings to all in 2014!!!!

Joy!!!

Our christmas card was just perfect this year........ Joy!!! 2013 brought us SO much Joy with the birth of sweet Addison and all the Joy our two beautiful children have brought us this year!!! And the process went fairly smooth this year thank you to Erin who did our entire shoot in 48 minutes and she was able to get some amazing pictures that we will treasure forever!!!!

A Merry Merry Christmas!!

This year was truly the most wonderful Christmas as we spent it in Jupiter with family and that it was also Addison's 1st Christmas!!!! On Christmas Eve we went to a lovely service at church then we came home and put out milk and cookies for Santa and sprinkled reindeer food in the grass!!! Jackson was so excited that I didn't think he was going to be able to go to sleep but we told him that the Norad Santa tracker which we had been using to track Santa all day said Santa was close to Jupiter and that Santa wasn't coming unless he was asleep! Well that did the trick and he was out like a light!!! Then came Christmas morning which was so much fun!! Jackson was super pumped to check out what Santa brought him and LOVED all of his gifts!! I think a favorite was everything that had to do with Skylanders and he got a lot and the Nintendo 3DS! Although I am not sure who enjoys it more Ryan or Jackson as I have caught Ryan playing with it maybe more than Jackson! Ha!! Jackson told us on Christmas it was his lucky day!! Too sweet!! And Addison had a great 1st Christmas she tried to open her gifts with the help of her brother!!! He would start to rip the paper for her and she would peek around so curious to see what was inside!!! Too Cute!!!! Addison seemed to enjoy all her gifts as well with her stroller and babies being among the favorites!!! Apple doesn't fall far from the tree on that one ask my parents how many cabbage patch dolls I had which of courseSanta brought Addison a cabbage patch baby for her 1st Christmas!!!!!! Then we headed to Aunt Holly and Uncle Tom's for a lovely brunch!!! It was a fabulous christmas!!! Although we missed Aunt Lauren and Uncle Rob but we know they had a great Christmas in Rhode Island with the lovely Hartman family!!! I now just can't believe how fast Christmas came and went! Merry Christmas!!!!!!!
