Our walk to school!

The Friday before spring break we decided it would be fun to walk to school! Jackson and Addison were super excited!!  It was so much fun!!!  We laughed and talked and I think it actually got some of Jackson's energy out before school!  So I am thinking we will do this more often!! Jackson wanted us to walk to pick him up but it actually rained so we had to carline!!  But we will do it soon!!  Enjoy our walk to school I know we did!!

Art Show!

Jackson's school had an art show last week so Jackson and Addison and I went to see Jackson's work of art!!!  And a beautiful work of art it was!!  He was so so proud as were we!!  We of course bought it and brought it home and will proudly display it!!!  Such a good boy and such a great artist!!  Love you Jackson!!!

Animal Birthday Party!

Addison's little friend Camryn had a Peppa Pig birthday party and they had live animals to pet!  Addison was so so excited to see and pet the animals she was squeling with joy!!  And she was so so gentle and loving with them too!  She just loved holding the chicks she just couldn't get enough of them!  And petting the bunnies were her next favorite!!  However she was definitely scared of the giant turtle!  And all she talks about from the party was how the turtle pooped lol!  She is definitely an animal lover and I wouldn't be surprised if she becomes a veterinarian one day!!  Enjoy the sweet pictures!!!  And don't worry she got in the bath and we scrubbed her down multiple times when we got home!!

February Beach Day!

So as I was just saying it was freezing last week it warmed up to a nice 79 degrees over the weekend so we hit the beach to enjoy the gorgeous weather!!  Jackson and Addison were thrilled when we told them we were going to the beach last Sunday it is definitely one of their favorite places to go!!  We packed a picnic lunch, our chairs and beach toys and headed for Honeymoon Island!!  We had a blast!!  Jackson didn't mind the freezing cold water Addison was quick to avoid it as did I!!  But those two played and played on the beach for hours and were sad when we told them it was time to go home hours later!!  It was a great day at the beach and we CANNOT wait to have more relaxing days at the beach!!  Our beach trips are being booked as we speak!!  Bring on summer!!

Lunch with our favorite 1st grader!!

Addison and I love to have lunch with Jackson every Friday but the last few we haven't been able to make it but this past week was a go and boy was Jackson excited to see us!!  Jackson loves when we come as well as his sweet friends!!  It is a fun time to get to know Jackson's friends a little better and see our sweet boy during the day!! We usually love to eat outside in the fresh air but this particular day it was too cold so we ate in the cafeteria!! We so enjoyed lunch with Jackson!!  And will look forward to resuming our lunches after the open the campus to visitors again after all the testing is over!!  Enjoy!!

Baby its Cold Outside!

It has been cold here in Florida obviously no snow but like 34 degrees cold!  So of course the heat was cranked up, our fire place was glowing and we were all bundled up!! I love a little cold weather here and there but I am not gonna lie when I saw the weekend forecast was in the high 70's I was thrilled!! Here's Jackson all bundled up ready for school with hat, gloves and heavy coat!!  Brrrrrrrr!
