Pow Wow!!

Jackson's class had a Pow Wow on Friday to celebrate Thanksgiving!!!  Jackson's class were the Indians and the class next to them sailed over and were the Pilgrims!  It was really an adorable program that they put on and Jackson was so excited he had been practicing at home for us for weeks!!! They sang the cutest little turkey songs!!! And Jackson did a great job he knew all the words and sang his little heart out!!  And Addison was so good and loved watching her big brother perform!!  Every time Jackson looked at her and smiled she squealed! It was precious!! Enjoy the pictures from the Pow Wow!!

Daddy's Big Win, Tot Trot and End of Season Baseball Party!!!

Last weekend was a busy weekend for us!!!!  First I have to give a HUGE CONGRATULATIONS to Ryan for winning a BIG trial last week!!  Long story short the plaintiff was asking $15 million and because of Ryan and his team they were awarded $0!!!!!!!  It was an amazing defense verdict!!!  We are all SO very proud of him!!  And we welcomed Ryan home with balloons and a cookie cake and big hugs from us all!!!  And since Ryan was gone so much for the trial Mimi offered to come to Tampa to help us out!!  And boy did we enjoy Mimi!!!  Thank you Mimi for ALL your help we so enjoyed you being here and we appreciate everything!!! We love you bunches!!

After Ryan's Big win here's a picture with his little girl wearing an I LOVE Daddy Shirt!!!

Saturday morning we went to my friend and sorority sisters organization High Risk Hope's 1st Annual Tot Trot to raise money for Bed Rest Baskets and NICU sacks for High Risk OB patients who are on hospital bed rest or have delivered prematurely!  Such a wonderful organization and event! And since I was a high risk OB patient myself with Addison due to my blood pressure it is even that much more special!!!!  Jackson had a blast at the event so many fun things for kids including a mile walk or run for Jackson and a bounce house that Jackson couldn't get enough of!!!  Looking forward to next years event!!

Old McMickey Had a Farm!!

Friday was full of firsts for Jackson!!!  It was his first field trip ever and his first time ever on a school bus!!!  And boy did he have a blast experiencing both!!!  The farm is in Odessa and it really is a cute farm and even more fun to go with his classmates and buddies from school!!  Jackson was also able to experience a few first at the farm as well!! He held a chicken and he milked his first cow!!  Jackson of course loved both!! But his favorite was definitely chasing the chicken and then holding it!!!  Such a great field trip and so glad I could be there to enjoy it with Jackson!!!  Enjoy the pictures from our time at Old McMickey's Farm!!!

Addison is 10 Months Old!!!

Wow!!  Little Miss Addison is in the double digits in age!!!!  Only two more until the big 1st birthday!!!  This photo shoot was again a challenge as no one was cooperating!!  But I think we managed to get a few cute ones!!!!  Addison is still such a sweet little girl who just goes with the flow!!! And everyone still says what a great baby she is when we are out and about!!  Which is quite often!!  Addison is growing up so quick she is definitely a FAST crawler and is cruising all our furniture!!  She is standing more on her own for lengths of time and I think when she just stands there she is contemplating walking and wondering what she is suppose to do next then just sits down and crawls!!!  She still manages to put EVERYTHING in her mouth I can't even tell you the things I have fished out of there!!  And she is waving Hi and Bye and clapping now!!  And Mimi taught her to do "SO BIG" and raise her hands up in the air!! Its so so cute!!!  She also started tonight to try to feed me cheerios and she thought when I ate them it was hilarious!!!!  And it is obvious Addison LOVES her big brother!! She follows him everywhere and gets concerned and tries to comfort him (well maybe torment him is more like it) when he is in time out by crawling over to him and hanging out with him babbling about while he just sits there!!!  Ryan and I even think she is calling Jackson "yaya" when she calls for him!!  It is so cute to see them interacting and kind of "playing together!" Its the sweetest thing!!  And she is eating real food like a champ!!!  She eats everything you give her!!! Which is quite a change from her big brother!!  She loves mandarin oranges, chicken, avocados, peas, bananas, watermelon, cinnamon rolls, hot dogs, macaroni and cheese and even eggs!! Enjoy the pictures of our sweet little 10 month old!!!

Happy Little Girl!!

Getting so big in that chair!!!

Trick or Treat!

Our Halloween started with Jackson waking up at 6:20am SO SO excited that Halloween was finally here!!!! Then we headed to school and I had the pleasure of participating in the Halloween festivities with Jackson's class!!  Which meant I took Jackson's class to other classrooms to do various arts and crafts such as play dough spiders, pumpkin puppets and more!!!  We had a blast and Jackson was so happy I was there and I was so happy to be there!!!  And Jackson even talked me into staying for a quick lunch which was so much fun!!!

Rotation 1 Halloween Story time!!
Rotation 2 making play dough spiders!

Rotation 3 Bat Hats!!!

Jackson's little Halloween treat for his teacher!!!

Then came Halloween night Jackson was Chop Chop the Skylander and Addison was Tinkerbell!!! They both looked so cute in their costumes!!!  Jackson was SO fired up to go trick or treating that he changed into his costume right after school and asked when we were leaving to go trick or treat about every 5 minutes!!  So when it was finally time to go we headed to our good friends The Pepins for a driveway party and some fun tricks and treats but mostly treats!!!  The kids were all so excited for trick or treating that they were running yes I said running from house to house and us adults were trying our hardest to just keep up!!  Jackson trick or treated his little heart out and got so much candy that he immediately and happily indulged in all night and into the weekend!! Which might have explained the sugar overload meltdown he had at the end of Halloween night!!!  And Addison our sweet little tinkerbell was SO happy just hanging out in her stroller eating some yogurt melts and taking it all in!!!!  It was a great Halloween and a special one as it was Addison's 1st Halloween!!!  And Jackson has already started asking when next Halloween is......I said next year and he replied well mom how many days is that!?!  So the countdown for next Halloween has begun for Jackson.....360 Days!!! Enjoy!!
