Happy New Year 2012!!!!!

Happy New Year from the Lossius Family!!!!!  I can't believe it is 2012!!  That means Ryan and I have celebrated 13 New Years together!!!!  WOW!!!  This was our most quiet New Years thus far since unfortunately Ryan had to work NewYears Eve and New Years Day but it was still lovely!!!  We were together to ring in the New Year and thats all that matters!!!  Then we woke up this New Years Day with our favorite little boy and made pancakes together!!! And then I will be making Black Eyed Peas for Good Luck in the New Year as it is a tradition every year!!!!  And Lots to look forward to in 2012 with the most exciting being Aunt Lauren and Uncle Rob tying the knot in April!!!!

Christmas Continues in Jupiter!!!

Jackson and I headed over to Jupiter to keep the Christmas celebration going with Mimi and Pop, Aunt Lauren and Uncle Rob and what a nice Christmas we had with them even though we missed having Daddy with us as he was working :-( Jackson was excited to open more gifts and we enjoyed spending time with everyone!!  We had beautiful weather so Jackson was able to go in the boat and play on the beach and play outside for hours and hours!!  And we even got to see my sweet Goddaughter Gately celebrate her 1st Birthday which was too sweet!!  Aunt Holly and Uncle Tom came by to celebrate with us as well as Aunt Julie and we so enjoyed visiting and celebrating with you all thank you!!!  We had a great time and are a little sad for Christmas to be over but looking forward to a fabulous 2012!!!

Merry Christmas!!!

What a magical Christmas this was!!!  This was the first Christmas that Jackson has really understood about Santa and was totally into everything having to do with Christmas which was so much fun to watch!!  It was truly an amazing experience to watch Jackson's excitement the days leading up to Christmas and his pure happiness and amazement on Christmas morning it really brought me back to the spirit of believing!!  

Gigi, Grandpa and Michele all arrived on Friday to start the Christmas festivities!!  And Jackson was just so excited about Christmas that he barely slept for the few days leading up to Christmas!! On Christmas Eve we went to church and what a beautiful candle light service it was and Jackson was just an angel thru the whole service (well it helped that we brought our Ipad and his friend Lilly sat next to him)!!! Then we came home to put milk and cookies out for Santa (which Jackson decided the cookies looked too good to leave them all to Santa so he indulged in a few himself :-)) 

Then came Christmas morning and Jackson woke up asking if it was snowing (think he associates Christmas with snow sorry buddy not in Florida)!! Then since it wasn't snowing out the next question was if Santa came!!!  And boy did he run to the stairs when I said Yes Santa was here!!!  It was truly so special to see Christmas thru the eyes of a child!!!  He wanted to unwrap present after to present to see what else Santa brought!!!  And Jackson must have been a really good boy this year since he got everything he asked Santa for!!  It was a wonderful Christmas, we enjoyed every moment and thank you to Gigi, Grandpa and Michele for making the trip to Tampa it was so nice to spend time with you all!!!  Here are some pictures of our Christmas!!
