Lauren's Bachelorette Party in Key West!!

This past weekend was Lauren's bachelorette party in Key West!!  It was an absolutely fabulous weekend with awesome friends!!!  There is not too much to report as we all took a vow "What happens in Key West stays in Key West" :-) but I will just tell you it was an amazing weekend with delicious food, drinks, pool time, shopping and fun bachelorette activities for our favorite bachelorette!!!!  And as I promised girls only the G rated pictures made it on the blog :-)  Enjoy and thank you to everyone who made the trip to Key West to celebrate Lauren's last single days!!!!

Jacksons Fort!!

Ryan's work ordered new furniture for their offices so Ryan brought a couple huge furniture boxes home to build Jackson a fort!!  Jackson had an absolute blast playing in the fort (as did Ryan I think) and thought it was awesome!!! And he played in it until it collapsed (which didn't take long) and had to be thrown away!!  So here are a few pictures of Jackson and Ryan playing in their fort!!!!  Enjoy!!

The Reorganization Begins!!

Our house used to be so neat and organized until little Jackson arrived 4 years ago!!!  We love our little Jackson and wouldn't trade him for the world but the toys just kept piling up and getting out of control and it got to the point I was losing my mind looking at the mess of toys in my living room everyday!!  So my sweet friend Layne came to the rescue!!  She came over Friday and did a complete overhaul of our living room and storage closet under the stairs!  We took about 8 bags or more to goodwill, some things went in the trash (although please don't tell Jackson!) and the rest we reorganized into beautiful storage shelves in the closet under the stairs!!  We now have our living room back that is not cluttered with toys, our beautiful tables and flowers out on display again and we can even walk into the closet!!!!  And the best part is the toys are organized so Jackson can actually find them and play with them!!!  Great concept I know!!  It was a long day but it is done and we are SO happy!!! And we cannot thank Layne enough for coming to our house and helping us clean, purge and reorganize!!!!!! You are the best Layne, you should definitely do this for a living you are FABULOUS!!!!!!! Next up my kitchen pantry!!  But first here are some before and after pictures!!!

Happy Valentine's Day!

What a wonderful Valentine's Day we had!!  It was just SO SWEET and a day filled with lots of love!!!!  The morning started off with Jackson opening his door to it being decorated in heart Valentine's which he was so amazed by!!!!  Then he was greeted with balloons and presents from Mommy and Daddy and even enjoyed heart shaped toast for breakfast!!!  Then off to school we went where Jackson had a fantastic Valentine's Day party and ate too much Valentine Candy with his friends!! :-) And while Jackson was at school Ryan and I enjoyed a great lunch at one of our favorite little lunch spots which was lovely!! It was a wonderful day which ended with Ryan bringing home gorgeous tulips for me and us having dinner at home as a family!!  Thank you to everyone who sent us cards and gifts, and who called or texted you made our Valentine's Day!!!
