Easter Week Fun!

Ryan had a class he had to take in West Palm Beach for work which just happened to be the same week as Easter, so we packed up and all went for a few days of fun in the sun at Mimi and Pops house!!!  Jackson had a blast swimming in the pool, boating, Easter Egg Hunting and spending time with Aunt Lauren, Uncle Rob and Mimi and Pops as we all did!!! Here a few fun pictures from our time there!!

Easter Egg Hunt

We attended the Annual Easter Egg Hunt at The First United Methodist Church in Jupiter (where Ryan and I got married 7 years ago almost to the day!) for the second year in a row!!  Jackson was so excited and couldn't wait to start hunting for eggs! But when they said "GO" our little egg hunter became quiet and laid down in the grass, I think he was pouting because it wasn't on his terms, he wanted to start a while ago but thats being 3 years old I guess!!  So after a few minutes Mimi and I got him going and he found lots of eggs with lots of yummy treats inside!  And at the end he asked if he could do it again!!!
Ready, Set, Go!!!

So many eggs he wasn't sure where to start!

Now we got the hang of it!

Growing up.....

Jackson had his three year check up last Friday and he is doing great and growing like a weed!!! It seems like just yesterday we were having our first newborn visit!! Oh how time flies..... His height is 38.25 inches which is the 69th percentile.  And his weight is 33 pounds which puts him in the 64th percentile.  I think he is going to be tall and slim!! He was such a big boy when they took his blood pressure for the first time and was an angel while Dr. Anton checked him over thoroughly! Dr. Anton advised us that our next well visit will be when he's 4 years old but if he is sick between now and then obviously bring him in.... well we didn't even make it past one week!! Jackson woke up at 3:45 am on Tuesday coughing non stop and after two xopenex treatments we ended up in the ER at St. Joseph's hospital (where Jackson asked the nurse if he was going to the bounce house place when they put his wrist bands on.... too cute)!! Anyway the ER doctor did nothing for him so on we went back to Dr. Anton's where they took good care of him and gave him oral prednisone which is just what he needed!!!  He is now on the mend and having a blast playing outside again on this beautiful day!!!  Here are some new pictures of our growing three year old!!!

Such a big boy in his sunglasses and on his scooter!!

Careful!!!!

Another picture mom?!?

Just hanging out!!

Jackson's 1st Haircut!

Well after three years and one week we finally decided it was time for Jackson to get a hair cut!  So we took our little long curly haired boy to a children's hair cut place called Short Cuts for his first hair cut ever!!!!  He was such a good boy but of course it helped that he sat in his very own little race car and watched The Lion King on his own flat screen TV(I wish my hair salon had that!).  The lady that cut his hair couldn't believe that he was three and never had a hair cut before but we assured her that nope he never has and asked her to save a few curls for us!  Jackson now looks like such a big boy with his new hair cut!!!  And Ryan and I keep saying how we miss the long curls but maybe he will have them again someday!!!  So here are the pictures from Jackson's 1st hair cut!
