Jackson had his first baseball practice last Thursday night and I am happy to report he loved it!!! We weren't so sure if he would like it but so far practice has been a hit with Jackson and hopefully he will like the games too!!! For Jackson's first time playing I thought he did awesome hitting and catching but what do I know I've never played before! But it was confirmed when Daddy and Pop took him to practice Monday they said he did great!!! Its great exercise for him the coach really runs them and that first practice his head hit the pillow right away which doesnt happen often with our Jackson!!!! And Jackson has been so excited that he has wanted Ryan or I to practice with him everyday!!! I'm just so happy he's so excited we can't wait for his first game!! So the only mishap we have had was that Jackson decided to kick an ant pile while on the field and he got bit by tons of ants all over his legs and we ended up in the after hours clinic Monday afternoon! Good news they weren't infected bad news poor Jackson was in pain and his legs swelled to twice the size! Poor little guy!! Although I am hoping he learned a valuable lesson to not disturb ant piles again since Monday night was a rough night for Jackson (and I) as he kept needing Benadryl and hydrocortisone cream all night!!
